高密度运行时，把大量有状态 Agent 复用到少量 Kubernetes worker 上。
Agent Substrate 是 Apache-2.0 许可的运行时，会挂起空闲的 Agent actor 并在 1 秒内恢复，从而把约 250 个有状态 Agent 复用到 8 个 Kubernetes Pod 上；Google 称其密度约为标准容器运行时的 10 倍。
注意：Google 开源了该项目，但声明其并非 Google 官方支持产品，且核验时处于早期开发阶段（尚未生产可用）。
